I HEART blueberries and eat them most mornings with sheep’s yoghurt but…. DID YOU KNOW that the protein in milk actually blocks the antioxidant action of blueberries :-0 so, in order to obtain maximum anti-ageing/antioxidant effect, either eat them on their own or, with a non-dairy milk or yoghurt, such as coconut, soy or almond milk.
