It does this by decreasing cell damage caused by those harmful UV rays and by assisting the body’s healing processes. More importantly, for those wishing to ‘age intelligently’, vitamin C plays a vital role in the body’s natural collagen synthesis, which is a bobby bonus as we fight to stave off those wrinkles!

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 cup strawberries

1 small banana

magnesium filtered water to dilute (hhhmmmm, in the absence of this special water, regular filtered water will suffice, I’m sure 😉 )

1 tsp lucuma

1 tsp guarana (optional)

1 tsp chia plus a sprinkle for garnish
