OK, so there isn’t a single product out there that will bust those dimples completely, despite what the manufacturers tell you, but this home-made little number is a great place to start, if like me, your butt (and any other bits) looks like a bag of cottage cheese :-0

1 cup of coffee grounds – stimulates circulation, exfoliates and helps to draws out impurities and excess fluid

3 tbsp coconut oil – rich in vitamin E, antibacterial properties and antioxidants

3 tbsp sweet almond oil – rich in vitamin E and very moisturising

1.5 tbsp sea salt – an exfoliant that helps to draw out impurities and excess fluid

1.5 tbsp coconut palm sugar – an additional exfoliant that provides a good balance with the salt and coffee as it also helps to retain a little moisture

1 tsp cinnamon – clears bacteria from your skin and helps to stimulate circulation

Heat your coconut oil to ensure it’s liquefied, allow to cool to room temperature, then mix the whole lot together and store in an airtight jar.

You can also add a dash of orange oil for a boost of vitamin C – just add more of the dry ingredients if it becomes too runny.

Dry brush (start from your feet and brush in upward motion toward your lymph glands) before you bathe or shower then apply a small handful of the scrub to each area, working it into your skin in a circular motion. Leave on skin for a couple of minutes then rinse off with warm water. For an extra boost to your circulation, apply the shower spray on it’s coldest setting to your dimply bits :-0
